My passion is to participate in transforming the world. I serve Le Projet Imagine using the financial, non-profit organization and mediation skills which I acquired through my experience in private companies, through having created an educational organization in Japan for students who were failing school, as well as through my additional training in mediation. My role as Secretary General is to ensure that the team and the Endowment Fund are running smoothly. Everyone is doing their share!
Since 2017, I have been in charge of Frédérique Bedos’ interventions. Because I have been passionate about communication for a long time, because any new meeting is a great enrichment, it is with a great deal of pleasure that I am in touch with men and women from rich and varied backgrounds, enabling them to discover Le Projet Imagine and carry its message far and wide. This is how I help our little hummingbird to spread its beautiful energy, so that everyone can get started doing their part!
Because I love focusing the limelight on people and projects whose values I share, I have chosen to use my expertise to serve the NGO (17 years’ PR experience in an agency, followed by 3 years in Communications Management with a health insurance company in connection with a Master’s 2 degree in Communication at CELSA as well as training in marketing), with the aim of boosting the visibility of Frédérique Bedos’ message, and thereby contribute to encouraging as many people as possible to take action for a fairer and more sustainable world. We can do it and we will do it!
I joined Le Projet Imagine after several years of accompanying children, teenagers and adults learning French as a foreign language. Whether in Chile or France, children experimenting with their artistic creativity, “foreign minors” in educational institutions, OECD experts, school drop-outs or students, all, through their commitment, led me to the Imagine Movement, which links together the players and challenges of education.
With a Master’s degree in Sustainable Performance and Alternative Model (RSE) and a D.U. MEEF, I first carried out humanitarian missions in Kosovo (delivering school equipment) and Cambodia (teaching in an orphanage) before working in various associations (social reintegration of homeless people, education of young people in difficulty). More recently, I worked as a school teacher. As a enthusiast of social sciences (philosophy, psychology), I’m interested in sustainable development in its entirety, and particularly in its most social and political aspects. If I’m involved with Le Projet Imagine today, it’s because I want to play a part in the emergence of a more humane society.
As a primary school teacher for 25 years, I chose to join Projet Imagine because I believe that the association’s missions are essential for shaping the adults of tomorrow: developing psycho-social skills, awakening a sense of citizenship and responsibility, and encouraging students to get involved in their own projects by being aware of their ability to take action, however small. The important thing is to “do your bit”, as the hummingbird, the beautiful symbol of Projet Imagine, says so well.
With a professional background that was mainly focused on business management, it is with great pleasure that I joined Le Projet Imagine in 2019. Like the legend of the hummingbird, I strive to bring my skills and do my modest share in working for a more just and sustainable society.
Because I am searching for meaning, it is with great joy that I am becoming a part of Le Projet Imagine.

I joined Le Projet Imagine after an inspiring talk given by Frédérique Bedos in New York in January 2019. For me, as for so many others, “from inspiration came action!” At that moment, I decided to contribute my skills and professional experience – in communication, project management, education, also related to my Master’s degree research focused on engaging civil society in multi-level governance processes – in order to support the organization’s mission in civic education and as the NGO’s representative to the United Nations in New York. I continue to be inspired by the organization’s generous mindset and the hope it is generating through its multiple projects developed by the Imagine team at the local level, and with a vision of global civic engagement!
Living and working on three continents and in multicultural environments, I’ve witnessed the beneficial impact of inclusion and mutual support on people’s lives, especially in times of adversity.
It was during a discussion with a friend in New York that I discovered Le Projet Imagine, whose mission and values resonate deeply with my own.
Trained as an engineer, I have managed multicultural teams and cross-functional projects in the consulting, telecoms and banking sectors, and I hope to put the expertise I have acquired through these experiences to work for this fine NGO.
In a world where challenges are multiplying, Project Imagine’s initiatives, whether in the field of education or in promoting individual and collective action to transform the world, instill real hope and a positive dynamic in which human beings are once again at the heart of the matter.
Having always lived, worked and evolved in multicultural environments, I am particularly sensitive to causes related to childhood and education. I founded APEDA NY, an association to help dyslexic French-speaking children.
I had heard about Le Projet Imagine through the French expatriate community, and when I learned that one of the NY-based volunteers was leaving the country, I contacted Frédérique Bedos to find out more. Frédérique’s mission, values and background resonate deeply with me. I hope to put my energy and experience to good use for Le Projet Imagine.
